Morrello Cinic is the local licensed and accredited PD Warrior centre known as PD WARRIOR SOUTH EAST WALES to provide the 10 week PD Warrior Challenge at the clinic in Newport and community halls in Cardiff and Chepstow.
The programme will teach all you need to know about what exercises will help you to slow your Parkinson’s down, fight back and stay active.
We will support you in developing a personal daily routine at home and offer a fun and supportive environment through our groups with PD Warrior Graduates who are already seeing the benefits from PD Warrior.
